Clever fit Kotva will cease operations at the end of July

Unfortunately, our club will cease operations as of July 31, 2023. The reason for this is the planned complete reconstruction of the Kotva department store where we are based. The department store will be completely closed for the duration of the renovations and therefore our fitness & relaxation club must also close.

Our members will of course have the opportunity to use our other clubs - Clever fit Černý Most, Clever fit Chodov and Clever fit Karolina - during the reconstruction of Clever fit Kotva. If they decide to use any of our clubs, the membership conditions will remain the same - neither the price nor the content of the membership will change.

If for any reason it is not possible to change clubs, we will of course terminate the membership upon request and refund all money for the prepaid period. All administrative tasks related to the purchased products can be solved by members directly at the reception of the Clever fit Kotva branch or online through the support department - podpora@fitacademy.cz. All requests will be processed on an ongoing basis and our members will be kept informed of the status of the resolution of their request.

In the event that any of our members do not manage to resolve the transfer of their membership to another Clever fit branch by the end of July 2023, they can stop by any of our clubs at any time after that date and our staff will deal with them to complete all the arrangements, or they can always contact our support department online - any time after the closure of the Clever fit Kotva branch.

Clever fit Kotva will return to the Kotva department store once the renovations are complete - tentatively estimated for December 2025 or spring 2026!
